The TALX Paperless Pay portal makes it possible for you, as an employee, to view your pay stubs and direct deposit account details online. It also enables you to view benefits and tax details online. But for you to be able to use the portal, you need to log in first. It is only after logging in to the TALX Paperless Pay portal that you can be able to view your pay stubs and direct deposit account details on it. It is also only after logging in to the TALX Paperless Pay portal that you can be able to view your benefits and tax details on it. How to log in to the TALX Paperless Pay portal

There are 5 straightforward steps for you to follow, whenever you wish to log in to the TALX Paperless Pay portal.

  1. Go to the TALX Paperless Pay portal (by entering the portal’s web address/URL, which is www.paperlesspay.talx.com, into your browser).
  2. On the portal’s homepage, enter your employer code.
  3. On the next screen you are taken to enter your employee ID into the appropriate space.
  4. Then enter the login PIN into the appropriate space.
  5. Finally, click on the ‘Login’ button, to be signed into the TALX Paperless Pay portal.

What you need to enter, to log in to the TALX Paperless Pay portal

As noted above, there are three credentials you need to enter, in order to sign in to the TALX Paperless Pay portal. Those are:

  1. Your employer code (which you enter into the appropriate space on the landing page)
  2. Your employee ID (which serves as the user ID, for login purposes)
  3. Your PIN (which serves as the password, for login purposes)

How to log into the TALX Paperless Pay portal for the first time

The first time you use the TALX Paperless Pay portal, you will have to go through the motions of setting up the login PIN. This is the PIN you’d be using (thereafter) whenever you wish to sign in. Here are the steps for you to follow:

  1. Enter the web address/URL for the TALX Paperless Pay portal, in order to be taken to the site.
  2. Once you are on the TALX Paperless Pay portal, enter your employer code (as required).
  3. On the next screen, enter your employee ID – the one you normally use at work, and which can be found on any of your pay stubs.
  4. Then, in the space for PIN, enter your birthday in the prescribed format (for it to serve as a one-time login PIN).
  5. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to set up a proper PIN – the one that you will be using thereafter, whenever you wish to access/use the TALX Paperless Pay portal.. Create a PIN that is easy for you to remember, but hard for anyone else to guess.
